Residential Motif Collection Information:
We utilize our patented folding system in our Residential Collection, which allows our larger Residential motif displays to fold fully lit and ship by FedEx in a flat shipping carton. The shipping carton is also handy for storing your display between seasons. Residential Collection displays are lit with commercial grade miniature lights.

Each Residential Collection motif display includes 6-inch stakes (either separate or integrated) at the bottom. To mount your display in the yard, create a pilot hole in the ground where each stake should be placed, then press the display stakes into the ground. Do not use a hammer on the display as heavy vibration may damage the lights. Instead, simply press the display down into the pilot hole you've created for each stake.

Guy wires should be attached to the front and rear of the display. Be sure each guy wire is securely attached, holding the display firm against high winds.

Motif displays are made so you can hang them or stake them in your yard. Hanging rings or support rods are built into each display.  Note that several of our displays are hanging-only.

We use the highest quality UL-listed, commercial-grade lights. In our Residential Collection, our miniature light strands are rated for 3,000 hours of use and are guaranteed by the manufacturer for 3 years under normal seasonal use. Each bulb locks in place. If one bulb burns out, the rest of the set continues to light. If a bulb does burn out, you need to replace it with one of the extras provided to maintain the proper amperage in the set. We've tested light strands from every manufacturer in the industry, and these are the best.

Displays come with lights securely attached, and positioned so that you may view your display from either side. The locking, non-twist commercial bulbs are UL® listed and rated for 3000 hours. If a bulb burns out, others remain lit.

An extremely durable no-rust powder-coat finish protects the solid 1/4" steel frame of your new display, for continued beauty plus performance in the harshest weather conditions.
Always keep your corrugated shipping cartons and packing materials. Each display folds up - with lights attached - for quick and easy, space-saving storage.

Installation is simple. For Residential Collection displays, unfold the display, insert several bolts we provide, and the display is ready to stake in the yard or hang on a wall. 

Commercial Motif Collection Information:
Commercial Christmas Motif displays are built in sections that bolt together for space-saving storage and may also be stored in their original shipping carton or crate. Commercial Christmas Motif Collection displays are lit with either C7 bulbs or Rope light, have garland, and are generally much larger than our Residential Collection displays. Commercial Christmas Motif Collection displays are designed primarily for commercial applications as well as large-scale residential applications. Because of their size, we ship our Commercial Collection displays nationwide via FedEx Freight or Roadway Freight.

Installation is simple. For our Commercial Christmas Motif Collection displays, simply bolt together any sections and connect the wiring harnesses. Installation takes only minutes. We provide illustrated Installation Instructions with each display. We recommend that Guy Wires be used when mounting any display in your yard.

Commercial Christmas Motif Collection displays are very large and MUST be secured with Guy Wires when mounting in the yard. You'll find exact guy wire recommendations for each Commercial Collection display in that display's illustrated Set Up Instructions.  If you are using your own guy wires, be sure you cable, stakes and fasteners will support the display in high winds.
In our Commercial Christmas Motif Collection, we use either commercial grade 130V C7 bulbs rated for 3,000 hours of use or commercial grade Ropelight rated for 20,000 hours of use.

Product Warranty
Alpine Christmas Depot warrants to the original buyer that all products, excluding light bulbs and garland, will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) seasons of normal use and service from the date of purchase. All garland is warranted for a period of three (3) seasons from date of purchase, and electronic animation controllers are warranted for a period of one (1) season from date of purchase. Our pole mount displays are designed to withstand wind speeds of up to 48 mph with no ice load. Bulb burnouts or electrical damage caused by buyer or weather are not covered by this warranty.

Buyer must contact Alpine Christmas Depot before returning Product for warranty service. Buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance charges to return Product.

Return Policy
Buyer must contact Alpine Christmas Depot within 10 days of delivery date for return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.  Each returned item must be in its original packaging and must include the original Packing Slip. Alpine Christmas Depot will issue a credit to Buyer for the full purchase price of the item less shipping and insurance charges and a 15% restocking fee.
