RETURN POLICY
Your packing slip will indicate where returns can be sent.

If you need to return an item, contact us and include the reason
 for the return, your name, phone number, the item you wish to
 return, and a valid e-mail address.

Once we receive the returned item in it's original condition,
your account will be credited. 
All returns must be in the original
packaging, and be accompanied by the packing slip.  If you paid
by check or money order, a check will mailed to you 
within 7 business days.


DAMAGED ITEMS
Every product must be free of damage or manufacturer's defects or
 you may  return it within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or
 full refund.
   We will contact our distributor, and if the damaged
 item and packaging need to be inspected, we will contact you.

Once the damage claim has been accepted, we will reimburse your
 credit card  account for the full purchase price. If you paid by check
 or money order, we will mail you a check within 7 business days.
